Resident Code of Conduct - This document is produced by Edgewood Commons Apartments, referencing the Frostburg State University Code of Student Conduct, in conjunction with Capstone Management. All residents of Edgewood Commons Apartments are also responsible for the full FSU Code of Student Conduct which can be found in the Pathfinder Student Handbook.

If you currently live at Edgewood Commons for the 2011-2012 academic year, you are eligible for our exclusive Summer Storage/ Housing Contract Addendum*, which offers summer storage at a competitive $100 per month for June and July.  You can also live at Edgewood for the summer at an unbeatable $450 per month rate for June and July.  In order to take advantage of these offers, you need to have signed a contract with Edgewood for the 2012-2013 academic year as well.  Please contact our office with questions. 

*Students who do not have a current 2011-12 contract with Edgewood are not eligigible for this offer.
